General Information North & South Island 14-Day Tour
Reservation:
We ask for a 10% deposit of the value of the package. This amount will be deducted when the remaining amount is paid. The deposit is to be confirmed up to 60 days before the departure day and arrival in Auckland. If the booking is not confirmed by NZBR Tours the deposit will be returned to the passenger within 5 days. If the passenger wishes to cancel the tour the deposits will not be refunded. The amount remaining is due up to 20 days before departure to Auckland.
Cancelation:
- Between 20 and 15 days before arrival:
80% of the value of the package less the deposit paid.
- Between 15 and 10 days before arrival:
60% of the value of the package less the deposit paid.
- Between 10 and 05 days before arrival:
30% of the value of the package less the deposit paid.
- Between 05 and 02 days before arrival:
10% of the value of the package less the deposit paid.
- Less than 1 day before arrival:
No refund
Note:
NZBR Tours reserves the right to alter prices, hotels, itineraries or to cancel your North and South Island tour in New Zealand due to operational reasons
NZBR Tours shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any damages resulting in death or personal injury which may arise while on tour or when using any other service provided by NZBR Tours.
